Why should we make you a Moderator on RG?: becouse im a self confident player and i like helping people in need and other servers that need staff to help out

Do you have past experience with Moderating? If so, please specify what gamemode and or server: i used to be admin on a dark rp server but it had to be shut down becouse of money problems

Do you have a working microphone?: yes and i use it daily

Why should we make you a Moderator on RG?: stated on Q8

What can you bring to the RG Staff Team and Community?: i can bring playfulness and disipline to rule breakers and look after new people on the server

Tell us about yourself (Optional): In IRL i am really chearful and like to make people laugh and I like leting people join in the fun. I like role playing games and I like helping people more as i think its really important to help and serve.

- Write more than just 1 Line - If u write more than just 1 line it shows the Staff members on RG that u are really burning for it, Because as it stands now i cant really see if u are burning for the Server with just the few words u have written

- Go into Detail - If u go more into detail with every question the Staff and members of RG can see that this is something u are burning for, Just as i said in the first tip. It shows them how much u care and love for the server and wants to help it grow

- U need atleast 20 hours - By this i mean that it would be almost impossible for u to apply now that u only have 6 hours on the server. I would reccomend that u post an application when u have gotten alteast 20 hours, Then the staff can see that your burning for this server and you that really wanna stay on here and support this server to the bitter end

 

Other than that i think that u are a possitive player and u need to just keep up the good work :)

Unfortunately, we have decided to decline your application for Staff on RG. Your hours are nowhere near enough, and it is very rare we accept people under the age of 15. Your application is short and has no real explicit detail on why we should make you a Moderator and what you could bring to the server. Your amount of server warnings and disciplines also puts me off hiring you as I don't know if I can trust you.
