we should add a job where there is a torturer ( works for kidnapper)  

example 

kidnapper: /advert kidnap come now my little child 

takes the victim to the dungeon and the torturer tortures them for money until someone save's him.

you need to add new addons for it

I am sorry but it looks like a lot of people can just abuse it... They can just torture random people on the streets...
